Account Registration & Responsibilities

You are expected to keep your profile information up to date. If any personal details change - such as your location, relationship goals, or contact information - you should update your profile promptly. Profiles with outdated or misleading information may be flagged, suspended, or removed at our discretion.

If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must notify our support team immediately at [email protected]. We will take reasonable steps to secure your account, but Skobbler is not liable for any losses arising from unauthorized use that occurs before you report the issue.

Acceptable Use Policy

Violations of this Acceptable Use Policy may result in immediate account suspension or permanent termination, at our sole discretion and without prior notice.

Intellectual Property Rights

All content, design elements, software, trademarks, logos, and materials on Skobbler Asian Dating are the intellectual property of Skobbler or its licensors and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

By uploading photos, text, or other content to your profile, you grant Skobbler a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute that content solely for the purpose of operating and promoting the platform. You retain ownership of your original content and may delete it at any time by removing it from your profile or deleting your account.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any Skobbler content or materials without our express written permission. Unauthorized use of our intellectual property may result in legal action.

Limitation of Liability

Skobbler Asian Dating provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties or representations, express or implied, regarding the reliability, accuracy, completeness, or availability of the platform or its content.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Skobbler, its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform. Skobbler does not conduct criminal background checks on its members and cannot guarantee the character, intentions, or behavior of any user. You acknowledge that you interact with other members at your own risk and agree to exercise caution and good judgment in all communications and meetings facilitated through the platform.

Subscription & Payment Terms

Skobbler offers both free and premium membership tiers. Free accounts provide basic access to profiles and limited messaging. Premium subscriptions unlock advanced features including unlimited messaging, video calls, advanced search filters, and priority profile visibility.

Premium subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel before the renewal date. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period - you will continue to have access to premium features until that date.

Termination of Account

You may delete your Skobbler account at any time through your account settings or by contacting our support team. Upon deletion, your profile, photos, and messages will be permanently removed within 30 days, subject to our data retention obligations outlined in the Privacy Policy.

Skobbler reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately and without prior notice if we determine, in our sole discretion, that you have violated these terms. Grounds for termination include, but are not limited to:

• Violation of the Acceptable Use Policy described above
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or on your profile
• Engaging in fraudulent, deceptive, or harmful behavior toward other members
• Receiving multiple complaints or reports from other users
• Attempting to circumvent security measures, verification processes, or account restrictions
• Using the platform for illegal purposes or activities that violate applicable law

If your account is terminated for a violation of these terms, you may not create a new account without our written permission. Any premium subscription fees paid prior to termination are non-refundable, except as otherwise required by law.

Dispute Resolution & Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States of America, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in San Francisco County, California.

In the event of a dispute arising from or relating to these terms or your use of Skobbler Asian Dating, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, either party may initiate binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules.
